Can I skip or defer the upcoming delivery?
You can skip up to 3 upcoming deliveries at any time:
1. Please go to “account” on the right corner of our page. Please ensure you are on a desktop/laptop. If you have not created an account when you purchased your product, please click “create an account” and follow the instructions.
2. Once you have created the account, please login through desktop/laptop.
3. Once you have logged in, you can click “manage subscription” on the top left side.
4. Once you are on the “manage subscription” page, please click “Delivery schedule”. You will be able to skip your delivery or reschedule it for another time!
